1. Before Your Order Ships

1) Order Processing Time

All orders will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During new product launches, promotional campaigns, holiday periods, periods of high order volume, or due to other unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may take longer. Thank you for your understanding.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

All orders are currently shipped from Hong Kong.

We currently offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide (e.g. US, UK, Australia, etc.)
If your location is not available as a shipping option at checkout, please contact us. We’ll be happy to check whether shipping can be arranged.

Please make sure your recipient name, shipping address, phone number, and other delivery information are correct before placing your order.
If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, inability to contact the recipient, or failure to collect the package within the required period, any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be your responsibility.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected delivery method.
Once your order meets the applicable free shipping threshold, the checkout page will automatically calculate and display the shipping fee as free.
If we are running a free shipping promotion, the applicable terms and conditions will be announced on our website or displayed at checkout.
